Baji99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to Baji99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Baji99 ("we", "us", "the Platform") in relation to your use of all services, games and features available at baji99.me.

Baji99 is an online casino and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Pakistani market. We offer live casino games, sports betting, crash games, card games and a full range of online gambling products. By creating an account and using any part of the Baji99 platform you are confirming that you have read these Terms carefully and that you agree to be bound by them in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account and do not use the platform. Continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To create and use a Baji99 account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji99 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you as an individual.
• You must not be a current or former employee of Baji99, or an immediate family member of any such employee, unless specific written permission has been granted.

Baji99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where proof cannot be provided to our satisfaction, accounts will be suspended pending verification and any withdrawals may be withheld until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

You may register only one account on Baji99. Creating multiple accounts, whether using your own details, borrowed details or fabricated information, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Baji99 will close all accounts and may forfeit any balances held across them.

When registering you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number and a valid payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Outdated contact or payment information that causes withdrawal delays does not give grounds for complaint against Baji99.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Baji99 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately at support@baji99.me. Baji99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain reasonable security.

Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift or otherwise transfer your Baji99 account to another person.

4 Deposits and Payments

Baji99 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no upper deposit limit for standard accounts, though payment processors may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposits are credited to your Baji99 wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no transaction fee charged by Baji99 on standard deposit methods. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are outside Baji99's control.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Baji99 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to a third party. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the amount will be returned to the source and the account reviewed.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Baji99 account are available once your account has passed identity verification (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Standard processing time for verified accounts is 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times may be longer during peak hours or if additional verification is required.

Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your Baji99 account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be refused.

Before any withdrawal is processed, Baji99 requires that deposited funds have been wagered at least once. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and applies to all accounts. Bonus funds are subject to their own wagering requirements as described in Section 6.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals: 15–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals: 30–60 minutes.
• IBFT bank transfer withdrawals: up to 2 business hours.
• Card withdrawals: up to 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Baji99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or where account activity is inconsistent with normal use patterns. During such a review, the withdrawal may be held for up to 48 hours. We will notify you by email if this applies to your account.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Baji99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral rewards and VIP Club benefits. Each promotion carries its own specific terms. General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise are set out below.

Baji99 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already deposited to claim it, the bonus amount will be credited or an equivalent benefit provided where reasonably possible.

Abuse of bonus offers – including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinating bets with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or placing opposing bets across accounts – constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may lead to permanent account closure.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Baji99 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Baji99 follows standard industry settlement rules for all major sports and competitions.

Bets placed after the official start of a match or event ("in-play" bets) are subject to the live odds available at the time of bet placement. Baji99 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player, including selecting the wrong team, market or stake amount.

• Postponed matches: Pre-match bets are voided if a match is postponed before kick-off. Stakes are returned to your Baji99 wallet.
• Abandoned matches: Where a match is abandoned after kick-off, settlement depends on the official result declaration. Rounds not reaching the required playing time may be voided.
• Obvious errors: Where a price is published due to a manifest error (for example, a Premier League match priced at 0.01 due to a system error), Baji99 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and return stakes.
• Maximum payout: A single bet payout is capped at Rs 10,000,000 (one crore). Accumulator payouts are also subject to this cap.

Baji99 reserves the right to limit, restrict or close the betting account of any player whose betting patterns suggest professional gambling, arbitrage betting or other practices that are inconsistent with recreational play.

8 Casino and Crash Games

All casino and crash games available on Baji99 are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The outcomes of these games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of crash games, by provably fair algorithms. Baji99 does not alter game outcomes.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds. Actual results for individual players or sessions may differ significantly from the published RTP. Baji99 does not guarantee any specific return for individual play sessions.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned. Where a round is partially completed and the bet cannot be fairly settled, Baji99's decision on settlement is final. Baji99's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the original stake.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Baji99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting someone else to do so to bypass account restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with Baji99 games or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes in games or the betting platform. Any wins resulting from a known or suspected bug must be reported immediately and will not be paid.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or accumulate bonuses artificially.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using Baji99 as a conduit to clean illegally obtained funds.
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Baji99 support staff or other players in any channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Baji99 systems, databases or other players' accounts.

Baji99 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. Where activity on the platform suggests criminal conduct, we will report it without prior notice to the account holder.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Baji99 may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Self-exclusion requested by the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where the investigation does not substantiate the breach, any legitimate balance will be returned.

Players may close their own Baji99 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any active bets will be settled and the remaining balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Inactive accounts – those with no login, deposit, bet or withdrawal activity for 12 consecutive months – may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 once the inactive period has elapsed. This fee is deducted from any remaining balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the account is closed.

11 Responsible Gaming

Baji99 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Set a time limit for gaming sessions. A reminder will appear when the limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.

If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to use these tools. You can also contact our support team at support@baji99.me to request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion at any time.

Baji99 will not send promotional communications to players who have self-excluded for any period. This is applied immediately upon the exclusion taking effect.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Baji99 platform – including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, software, design elements and the Baji99 brand name – is the intellectual property of Baji99 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use Baji99 intellectual property for any purpose outside of normal platform use.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Baji99 platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Baji99 branding in any external context – including social media pages, unofficial apps or review websites – is prohibited and will be subject to legal action where appropriate.

13 Limitation of Liability

Baji99 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain an uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baji99's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Baji99 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business or business opportunity.
• Indirect, consequential or special loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party payment processing delays.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Pakistani consumer protection laws apply where they provide greater protection than these Terms.

14 Privacy

Baji99 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms you also confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this agreement.

Baji99 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in operating the platform (payment processors, game providers, identity verification services) under appropriate data protection agreements, and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Baji99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor changes (corrections, clarifications, formatting) we may update the Terms without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of Baji99 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Baji99 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and Baji99, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Raise the matter with Baji99 customer support at support@baji99.me. Most issues are resolved at this stage within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved by support, submit a formal written complaint. Baji99 will respond with a final decision within 14 days.
3. Step 3 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with Baji99's final decision, the dispute may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as directed in the formal response.

Legal proceedings against Baji99 may only be brought in the jurisdiction specified in our licensing documentation. Class action suits and collective proceedings are not permitted under these Terms.
